David Maus, Jr.

As part of the family business in the automotive industry, David Maus “Jr” began his professional career alongside his father, David Maus, over 13 years ago and is now the General Manager of Maus Nissan in New Port Richey, Florida.

David was groomed by his father and many other close mentors throughout his life for Christian Leadership, committing his life to Christ as an adult in 2009.  He strengthened his journey with Christ by marrying his best friend, Stacie, in 2010 and started a Christian non-profit organization called IMPACT. David and Stacie were so passionate about their cause that they distributed bracelets engraved with IMPACT to their wedding guests and asked everyone at the wedding to consider making a commitment to “Implementing More Positive Actions Creating Togetherness” in their lives and to truly make a difference. The most recent mission of IMPACT is to build functional recreation centers in under privileged areas for kids and teenagers to enjoy. They are working on a project that will include a skate park and safe place for kids to enjoy activates after school in the Moon Lake Rd. area with more to come.

As his journey has taken him from Central Florida to the Tampa Bay area, David is now the co-host of an online show called “Talking About Christ” with Earl Christy. The show airs every week on Tuesday nights and allows David to share his inspiring story and dedication to Christ. Since he was 16 years old, David has served as a board member of the David Maus Foundation, which was founded by his father, and is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with life-threatening illnesses.

David and Stacie reside in New Port Richey and have three beautiful daughters, Ava, Ella, and Selah who attend Cambridge Christian School in Tampa where David also serves on the board. In his spare time, David is active with his family. They enjoy giving back to the community and children. His family can be found outdoors most days and on those occasional rainy days, they build a “ninja room” inside the house where they have many outdoor activities inside the home.

David has always been passionate about Christ, even before he publically accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. “I am passionate about it, I am passionate about people and we need each other. If I can encourage 1 person out of the thousands that hear me to have a relationship with Jesus, I am doing what I have been called to do. What we need right now is more business owners and people of influence to be bold and vocal about Jesus.”
